1-3 business days with return instructions and the address.<\/p>\n

Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Please try lingerie on over your own underwear.<\/p>\n

Return shipping is paid by you \u2014 we recommend a trackable service.
No restocking fees, ever.<\/p>\n

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within
14 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank
may take another 5-10 days to show it.<\/p>\n

Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.<\/p>\n

FINAL SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n

For hygiene reasons, knickers, briefs, thongs, and anything marked
Final Sale can’t be returned.<\/p>\n

EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

We don’t do direct swaps. Return your piece for a refund and place
a new order \u2014 it’s faster, and it means you won’t lose the size you
