Not quite right? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives
to send it back.

THE BASICS

Email info@lalibre.shop with your order number. We’ll reply within
1-3 business days with return instructions and the address.

Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Please try lingerie on over your own underwear.

Return shipping is paid by you — we recommend a trackable service.
No restocking fees, ever.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within
14 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank
may take another 5-10 days to show it.

Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.

FINAL SALE

For hygiene reasons, knickers, briefs, thongs, and anything marked
Final Sale can’t be returned.

EXCHANGES

We don’t do direct swaps. Return your piece for a refund and place
a new order — it’s faster, and it means you won’t lose the size you
want while it’s in transit.

SOMETHING WRONG?

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with
photos. We’ll cover everything, including return shipping.
